Description: The piece is made of a cardboard box that's covered in black and white acrylic. Several abstract gestural shapes cover the surface, a grey cross shape is painted on the bottom right corner of the front side of the piece.

Meaning: This piece is the ninth in my 2024 cycle of works based on the two artists I consider to be my greatest inspirations: Robert Rauschenberg and Emilio Vedova. This piece is more directly inspired by Antoni Tapies, another artist who has inspired my works; the grey cross on the piece is inspired by Tapies' cross motif in his works.
