Description: The work is composed of two layers of wood. The backmost piece is placed diagonally compared to the frontmost piece and has a vaguely square shape with two circular cutouts in the middle and at the bottom edge. This piece is painted all black with a couple red highlights. The piece's bottom edge is covered with the frontmost piece, which is a rectangular piece with a series of grooves cut into the surface, this piece is painted white with no highlights.

Meaning: This piece is the fifth in my Wood Construction series, a series of pieces made from scrap wood I bring home from work.
